This summer we have been blessed with two interns! We introduced Corinna a few weeks ago, but this week, we could not help but brag on our Engineer-to-be Alison Sunderhaft.

Alison is a Texan by way of Alabama, who ended up in Colorado with Healing Waters by God’s grace. She is about to enter her senior year at Auburn University with a major in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Spanish. She fell in love with water the summer after her junior year of high school when she traveled to Nicaragua to work on clean water systems and after coming home, she realized that she had something she could use to give back to the world, killer math skills! Since then she has worked on water related projects in both Central and South America for the past four summers and doesn’t plan on ever stopping.

When Alison’s not playing with water or wrenches at work, you can probably find her on her bicycle, eating large quantities of ice cream, saving stray cats, painting, or napping. If you can’t tell, we are pretty big fans!
