This spring we have been having a ton of fun with our local Denver community as we join together to get out and give water! We are so grateful for all of the wonderful fitness instructors and participants who have come out to support the provision of clean water and health & hygiene education!
For those of you who have not heard, Get Out. Give Water. is our spring campaign to help raise funds and awareness for thirsting communities worldwide. By hosting donation-based classes around Denver, fitness instructors are helping us spread the word and and get our community here supporting our communities overseas.!
By participating in our fitness classes, you too can join our fight to end the Global Water Crisis! With yoga at Red Rocks, CrossFit downtown and boot camps in the park there are so many fun options to choose from! So throw on those yoga pants, lace up your Nikes, grab your water bottles (water is our thing, after all!) and invite your friends because these classes will not be something that you want to miss!

May 24th: Bootcamp with Danielle Schmieder, 6:30 PM at Mir Park
May 25th: Bootcamp with Tracy Howland, 6:30 PM at Forsberg Iron Spring Park
May 29th: Hike for Healing Waters, 8 AM at Lair O’the Bear Park
May 31st: Bootcamp with Danielle Schmieder, 6:30 PM at Mir Park
