Our job doesn’t end when we put one of our water treatment systems in place. Let’s face it. Just like all technology, it will take a team of dedicated and trained people to monitor and maintain all water operations and equipment. We at Healing Waters see the value of giving communities ownership over their very own clean water business operation to ensure a sustainable model carries on even after we depart. We impart this by setting up the right water solution, teaching the community how to maintain their own self-sustaining water operation, and keep the community safe and free of waterborne illnesses by granting the right knowledge and tools while always remaining a helpful ally.

Community Distribution and Engagement
Behind all of our projects are the people of that community. Our approach not only aims to benefit their lives, but gets them involved as active participants as well. The communities we work with end up becoming our partners in establishing a business that provides safe water for everyone in the area. Our water treatment solutions make it easy to bottle water and maintain a water business operation that sells water at incredibly affordable prices. Any revenue made from the sales goes right back into the business to cover any maintenance and operation costs.
We want to see every project succeed. That’s why Healing Waters staff provides quarterly in-person check-ins and frequently monitors the progress of the community. In the end, we have one main goal; clean water for everyone. If that’s not being achieved, you can count on us to provide the necessary help to get our partners back on track.
Training Local Staff Members
Upon successful implementation of a new water filtration system, we get to work training local staff members of the community. We can easily teach any willing local member how to use any of our solutions, since they can all typically be troubleshooted and operated from one location on the model.
Operation and maintenance is only one side of keeping water safe. We also provide a health and hygiene training by holding courses and entrusting many members of the community to work together to keep everyone clean and healthy. We consider this training to be so vital, as it teaches habits that go beyond the initial training and into the teachings of future generations.
Our Different Types of Water Treatment Systems
Healing Waters International, in a collaborative effort, proudly set up either our Power Pure, Gravity Pure, or Solar Pure water solutions in developing communities all over the world. In an effort to find the best solution, we offer different models to accommodate the needs of the community and work with the resources they may or may not already have. All of our water solutions use an ultrafiltration process to thoroughly clean water for use. It is simply the power source that changes, whether through battery, gravity-fed pipes, or the sun. Regardless of the system, any local can learn how to properly use and maintain the systems as part of their new water business operation in developing counties.
